For the past fourteen years, Shark Tank has been a TV show that people enjoy watching. It’s not just for fun; it’s also a show that encourages people to start their own businesses. It has become really popular and is now on its 15th season, which started on September 30, 2023.
The show has a group of successful business people like Mark Cuban, Lori Greiner, Kevin O’Leary, Barbara Corcoran, Daymond John, Robert Herjavec, and Kevin Harrington. These “sharks” listen to business owners who want money to make their companies bigger.
In each episode, a business owner comes in and talks about their product or service. The sharks then decide if they want to invest money in that business. They talk about how much of the business they want and what they will do to help it grow.
Shark Tank Season 15 Episode 1: “Gatsby Chocolate, Pie Wine, Worthy Brands, Gently Soap”
In the first episode of the new season, there were some interesting businesses. Two brothers, Ryan and Doug Bouton, had a product called “Gatsby Chocolate.” It’s a kind of chocolate that’s healthier than the ones you find in stores. They wanted $500,000 from the sharks in exchange for 5% of their business. Lori Greiner offered to help them, but she wanted 20% of the business and some other things.
Then, there were Kevin, Mark, and Lori, who all made offers with different conditions. Finally, the brothers agreed to a deal with Mark and Lori, and they left the show with the help of two sharks.
There was also a business called “Pie Wines” that wanted money for their canned wine. But no shark wanted to invest because there were already too many similar products in the market.
Another business, “See Worthy,” made eye patches for kids with eye problems. The sharks didn’t invest in this one either, even though it was a good idea.
