Cho Rhohye was puzzled by Yuseong’s confidence in the cave’s existence. She had lived there for seventeen years and didn’t even know it existed. None of her family knew about it either, even though they had been in the area for a long time.
Yuseong explained that he heard about a treasure hidden inside the cave, although he didn’t know its exact location. He believed that if the treasure wasn’t on the surface, it had to be underground. Since the sector was the only place destroyed, Yuseong suspected that Murong Baekru could have fallen into the pond.

At the bottom, Yuseong relied on his hearing because it was pitch dark. Cho Rhohye clung to him out of fear. Yuseong asked her to let go, but she blamed him for their predicament.
Yuseong urged her to help find the way and create some distance between them. Cho Rhohye was too scared to do so. She even thought Yuseong was touching her inappropriately, but it turned out to be Zhuzhu walking beside her.
Yuseong realized that his third eye had evolved, allowing him to see everything around him. Cho Rhohye slipped and fell into a deep puddle, but Yuseong saved her just in time.
Finally, Yuseong decided to explore the unknown depths of the puddle alone since Cho Rhohye wasn’t a strong swimmer.
