Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt are set to appear on the famous chat show ‘Koffee with Karan.’ The show’s host, Karan Johar, released a teaser for the upcoming episode, giving fans a glimpse of what’s in store. In the teaser, Karan asked Kareena about not attending the success party of ‘Gadar 2’ and hinted at a history between her and Ameesha Patel. Karan reminded Kareena about being initially cast in ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’ before Ameesha Patel took over.
Kareena responded by turning her head away from Karan and playfully said, ‘I’m ignoring Karan, as you all can see,’ while addressing the audience in the room. It’s worth noting that Kareena Kapoor and Ameesha Patel reportedly had a disagreement after Kareena was replaced by Ameesha in ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’ after a few days of shooting.
In a 2002 interview, Kareena had expressed her views on the film, stating that it was tailored for Hrithik Roshan. She mentioned that Hrithik’s dad dedicated significant time to every frame and close-up of Hrithik, while minimal attention was given to Ameesha. Kareena believed that if she had been in the film, the attention would have been divided between them. Despite thinking she would have received a better deal, Kareena expressed relief for not doing the film.
