Believe it or not, your bedtime routine can significantly impact your weight loss progress

1. Get a Good Night’s Sleep

Getting enough sleep is super important for losing weight. When you sleep, your body fixes itself and controls your hunger and metabolism. Aim for 7-8 hours of good sleep each night. Make your bedroom dark, quiet, and comfy for better sleep.
