The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A05 has been in the news lately. It recently got certified by the FCC, and there was even a sneak peek at it in action. Now, it’s showing up on the Google Play Console, which means the phone’s launch is getting very close, maybe even just around the corner!
What We Know from Google Play Console Listing
The Google Play Console listing gives us a good look at what the Galaxy A05 will be like. Here’s what we’ve found out:
- Design: We now have a picture of what the phone looks like, confirming its design.
- Specs: The Galaxy A05 will come with 4GB of RAM, dual rear cameras, a small notch at the top of the screen, an HD+ display, a big 5,000 mAh battery, and it will run on Android 13 right out of the box. It will likely have Samsung’s user interface called One UI 5.x, although it might be a lighter version called One UI Core. The phone will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G85 processor.
This new phone, the A05, is expected to be the successor to the A04, which came out in October last year after being announced in August. Just like the A04, the A05 is likely to be one of the most affordable phones in Samsung’s lineup. Its name kind of gives that away!
